Dermomine Micrograft uses Microlyzer Blade Technology for high cell count and viability — no device required. Grafts taken from behind the ear are mixed with saline or PRP and processed with Microlyzer (600 µm and 150 µm blades) for fast filtration, ready for injection. Maximises cell vitality while filtering out unwanted fibrotic tissues for safe, injectable preparations.
