Hydrogel dressings hold moisture at the wound surface, providing the ideal environment for cleansing and autolytic debridement where the body's own enzymes debride dead tissue (necrosis). Transparent, soft, elastic, and non-adhesive — does not damage new granulation or epithelial tissue during changes. Used on pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, burns, skin tears, and diabetes-related wounds. Size: 10×10 cm.
